Dear Parents /Guardians:
As we are heading into spring break, please be assured that the health and safety of all Kelowna Skating Club skaters and staff are a priority.
The Kelowna Skating Club are working closely with the Interior Health Authority, the Office of the Provincial Health Officers and Skate Canada. The Province and Skate Canada remain vigilant as information regarding COVID-19 is evolving rapidly.
At this time, I have made the decision to suspend all Kelowna Recreation programs until more information is collected and a Board decision can be made as to what actions to take moving forward.
ALL SKATING programs (Recreation and Competitive) will be cancelled effective immediately and until further notice.
The Kelowna Skating Club board of Directors along with Jason Mongrain, our director of skating, will further discuss our future
activities. Notification will come out on Thursday March 19.
Parents are encouraged to check the Kelowna Skating Club website for updates. As well, notification and information will be sent out via email.
