It was a successful weekend full of skating for the Kelowna Skating Club (KSC). The team attended the 2017 Super Series Autumn Leaves competition where they skated their way to victory with 8 medals in total!
The competition took place in Chilliwack, B.C., and served as a final tune-up event leading into Provincials next month. Local talent, Olivia Gran, captured a gold medal in her category - Junior Women’s group. Her final score total was 137.08 points, successfully completing 6 triple jumps in her free program. Olivia’s skate mate, Emma Bulawka, came out on top placing 3rd in the Junior Women’s group.
