Power Skating

PowerSkate is Skate Canada’s official power skating program, designed for hockey and ringette players. Taught by certified Skate Canada CanPowerSkate coaches, this high-energy program helps develop balance, power, agility and endurance. This program is led by Michele Pacholka who has over 40 years of experience working with players ranging in skill level from Novice to NHL. Classes are 45 minutes in length and several variations are available to participants of all age groups including adults. Full hockey equipment must be worn.

Nathan Mackinnon, Matt Duchene, Mark Scheifele and Jeff Skinner are some of the top current players in the NHL that have trusted Skate Canada's programs to help them reach hockey's biggest stage!
